According to Page Six in the New York Post Ex-Mayor David Dinkins was sighted at the Roosevelt Island Racquet Club "bragging about getting his permit to play tennis all season long in Central Park for the senior citizen price of $20." I guess we won't be seeing Mayor Dinkins on the Tram much this season.
