Overall per NY1, subway riders gave the F train a “C-“ which included a D for adequate room during rush hours.
It is unknown if the priorities list and individual service grades that straphangers submitted overall match those submitted by Roosevelt Island residents but it is clear that all F Train riders are not happy with the service being provided.
