As of 8:10 am the tagged bikes were still chained to the bike racks outside the Roosevelt Island subway station.No word as to what has delayed the expected enforcement.
Perhaps the thoughts were to wait a day for possible Memorial Day vacationers to return home? Stay tuned....

I thought the owner's of the tagged bikes get a little time to remove the bikes before PSD comes in and removes them. Or maybe the RIOC is hoping that somebody would help herself and get one of the abandoned bikes for herself - less work for the PSD.
ReplyDeleteBased on the e-mails I presented in prior posts it appeared RIOC believed enough was given but perhaps they reconsidered.
